How do I place an order?

As in any other online shop, placing an order is easy and intuitive. Browse to and access the desired product, add it to the basket and then proceed to checkout, indicating the address and form of payment.

What do I do if there is an error or I need to change a datum in my order?

If you notice any error in your order, write to us immediately so that we can try to solve the matter as soon as possible. You may contact us here.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order if we have not yet sent it to you.

Prices always in euros

Even though at our online shop you can select the currency in which you wish to view the prices, all purchases are made in euros. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything. At the end of the purchase process you will see the conversion to euros of the currency selected.

There was an error during checkout. What do I do?

How do I apply a discount/gift coupon?

If you have a coupon you can use it on the checkout page. Just before selecting the form of payment, look for the box indicating the coupon and introduce your code.
