Assembly and Packaging
Smart Assembly
All of our pieces are pre-assembled which means they are already ready to use. Our smart assembly is simply connecting these pieces together using provided hardware. This process is easy and does not require any special tools.
Packaging
Our pieces are flat-packed to assure security during transportation, easy lifting and carrying as well as to reduce its carbon footprint. The packaging itself is also eco-friendly with almost zero use of plastic.
FAQ
How much weight can I put on the hooks?
Pelican’s hidden hooks are anchored to the wall through the same metal piece that supports the whole wood structure of the shelf. These hooks are made out of folded steel 2mm deep and are extra strong, allowing you to hang up to 30kg on weight.
The possibility of hanging more or less weight depends on the stability of the wall where the shelf is installed.
Can I change the color of the metal base that's under the wood structure?
No, this is not possible. The metal piece of the Pelican is a very unique design and is currently only available in White.
However, you can order a custom color finish for the wood of your Pelican. You can choose any color from the RAL Color Chart see options here

Requesting a customized color has an extra cost of 40€ per color, it doesn’t matter how many pieces you decide to change the color of.

Can I change the side of Pelican’s pointing corner?
No, it is not possible. If you look at the shelves from the front, the pointing angle of the small and large ones points toward the left, and on the medium size it points toward the right. This is how the product is designed so it is not possible to change it.
How wide are the hooks?
The hidden hooks have a width of 25mm, strong and comfortable enough to hang garments or heavy purses.
Can I order a custom Pelican size?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
