Delivery Time

Our production is local, in Iscar, Spain. We usually have stock of the complete collection. 

Please check the product page of the piece you would like to order for more info about its specific standard delivery window.

Standard and Express Shipping

At checkout, you will have the option to pick between standard or express shipping.

Standard shipping is FREE for all orders 99€+

If you would like to get your order faster, pick express shipping and receive it earlier for a little fee.

Both types of shipping are 100% secured, tracked, and insured in case of damage, so do not worry!

Delayed Shipping

Sometimes other factors can delay shipping, if the product you purchased can’t be shipped in the time frame mentioned at checkout, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. In this case, if you selected priority shipping we will refund you the delivery cost.

If you would like to know before purchasing if your product will be shipped in the time frame mentioned at checkout,  please reach out via our webchat and we will quickly check for you.

Claims

Please note that for any claim for damages, you must notify us within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order, as the transport companies do not allow us to make claims after this period.

In addition, you have to keep the box and protection as the transport company will require photographs of the product and packaging to check the damage.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders starting at 99!

Can products be shipped to a PO Box address?

No, the shipping companies we work with do not allow this option so the products will be returned to our warehouse and the customer must pay for the return and reshipping costs.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! At checkout, you will have the option to pick between standard or express shipping to get your order faster.

How can I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped with the tracking number for you to check the status. If you have questions please contact us via our webchat.

My order is delayed

If the estimated delivery time for your product has passed and you have not received it, please contact us via our webchat or via email here

My product was damaged on arrival

We are really sorry about this inconvenience! We will be more than happy to help you solve the issue, do not throw away any of the packagings. Please fill this form here and we will help you within 24 hours.

The tracking number does not work

If the tracking number in your shipping email doesn’t work, please contact us via our web chat and we will be happy to help you.

My order consists of 2 or more packages and I just received 1

Please be patient, we send all the packages in multi-package orders at the same time. However, shipping companies assign different tracking numbers to every package for logistic reasons. It can happen that your 2 or more packages got separated because they didn’t fit the same truck or schedule.

If you don’t receive all your packages 48 hours after receiving the first one of them, please contact us and we will help you solve the issue.

What happens if I'm not home when my order is being delivered?

Don't worry, the shipping company will contact you via phone if you're not home to receive your order.

You can also call the delivery company and give them your tracking number to set a more specific delivery window.

Can I make my order now and receive my product later on a specific week/month?

Yes, no problem! We understand you may want to buy your piece now, but receive it once your renovation is over or when you’re back home.

Please leave a note in the NOTES section at checkout with the date estimate when you would like to receive your order and we will send it accordingly.
