We Plant Trees

We Plant Trees

One product sold, one tree planted.

One product sold, one tree planted.

Growing something beyond our homes.

Wood is part of the story of our furniture, and forests are part of the wider world we want to care for. Planting trees is one way we carry that intention beyond the pieces we make.

We plant one tree for every product sold. Through our collaboration with Tree-Nation, each contribution supports tree-planting projects around the world. It is a commitment we keep building with the people who welcome our furniture into their homes.

2019–2021

One Tree Planted

Our tree-planting programme began with One Tree Planted. From 2019 to 2021, we supported planting in Haiti, contributing to the restoration of tree cover in a place where people’s lives are closely connected to the land.

That early collaboration remains part of our story. Its certificates are kept here as a record of those contributions; our current programme continues with Tree-Nation.

Why trees deserve our care.

Absorb and store carbon.

Absorb and store carbon.

Trees take in CO₂ as they grow and store carbon in their wood. Supporting forest restoration contributes to climate action over time.

A home for wildlife.

A home for wildlife.

Forests are home to much of the world’s wildlife. Restoring and protecting them helps give plants and animals the habitats they need.

Help regulate the climate.

Help regulate the climate.

Forests influence local climates and help protect the soil. Their recovery supports healthier landscapes for the people and wildlife that depend on them.

Care for water sources.

Care for water sources.

Forests are closely connected to the water we drink. Protecting and restoring them helps care for watersheds and soils, supporting the quality of this shared resource.

Support local livelihoods.

Support local livelihoods.

Well-managed restoration can support jobs and livelihoods in forest communities. Its value depends on involving local people and caring for the land they rely on.
