You have 90 calendar days from delivery to request a return. As each Stoa bed is made to order, it must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original packaging, including all components.

Return shipping or collection costs are not included and may be deducted from the refund. If professional assembly has already taken place, the assembly fee is non-refundable.

The Stoa bed is delivered flat-packed in two separate sections for easier transport and handling. Assembly consists of joining the two base sections and attaching the lift-up storage system using the included hardware. The process takes less than 60 minutes with two people and does not require any special tools.

Our pieces are flat-packed to ensure safe transportation, easy lifting and carrying, and to reduce their carbon footprint. The packaging itself is also eco-friendly.

The bed base is delivered in two separate parts for easier transport and assembly. The exterior and interior structure are supplied as full-length pieces, up to 2 metres long, and the order is shipped on a pallet. The two base sections and the slatted structure are joined at home using the included fittings.

You can add professional assembly by a specialised team as an optional extra. The bed is assembled as a freestanding piece. Assembly includes the bed structure and any selected components included in your configuration. Service available Monday to Friday in major cities only; please check with us before purchasing to confirm your address is covered.

It is a bed frame with hidden storage under the mattress. The base lifts up with an assisted gas-piston mechanism, giving access to the storage space inside.

The bed is available for 140 x 200 cm, 150 x 200 cm, 160 x 200 cm, 180 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm mattresses. We recommend a mattress between 20 and 28 cm thick, with a maximum recommended weight of 80 kg. The mattress is not included.

Yes. The lift-up system is designed to open with the mattress in place, as long as it stays within the recommended thickness and weight range.

The internal storage height is 29 cm. The internal width and depth depend on the selected bed size.

Yes. It is designed to be combined with the Stoa headboard system for an integrated bedroom look. For lift-up storage beds or higher mattresses, we recommend a Stoa headboard with a height of 114 or 134 cm. It can also be used on its own, without a headboard.
