Shipping
Free shipping on Cloe compositions. Estimated delivery: 2–7 days.
Read our shipping information for destination details. If you need your Cloe by a particular date, email us before ordering.
Returns
You can request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions. The piece must be unused, unassembled and complete, in its original packaging.
Return costs depend on the option and destination. Read the return conditions and available options.
Five-year warranty
Cloe is covered by our five-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Assembly & Packaging
Assembly at home
Cloe arrives flat-packed for assembly at home. Connect the shelves, legs and module components using the included fittings, then fit the doors if your composition includes them.
The guide recommends a screwdriver and a hammer. Follow the Cloe assembly instructions, including the wall-fixing steps where required.
Packaging
Cloe is delivered in flat packs to protect its components during transport. Keep the original packaging if you may need to return the piece.
FAQ
What is the difference between the Planner and a ready-made composition?
The Planner lets you combine the available modules yourself. Ready-made compositions offer a starting layout you can choose directly. If the composition is identical, the pieces, price and conditions are the same.
Can I change the dimensions of a module?
Cloe modules have fixed dimensions. You change the overall composition by combining modules in height and width, rather than ordering individual pieces cut to a different size.
How high can I build Cloe in the Planner?
The Planner allows compositions up to 205 cm high. Compositions over 160 cm must be secured to a wall with the anti-tip fixing.
Can I rearrange the modules?
Yes. You can rearrange Cloe’s modules and change the balance of open and enclosed storage. Follow the assembly instructions when rebuilding your composition.
Can I expand my Cloe later?
Yes. You can expand Cloe in height or width, add doors or update its colours. Email us with the pieces you need and the details of your existing composition so we can help you order them.
Can I add doors after buying Cloe?
Yes. Doors can be added to an existing Cloe composition. Email us with your current configuration and the door finish you would like.

Reversible wooden doors
Slide the doors to reveal or conceal what is inside. Each reversible wooden door has a textured face and a smooth face, so you can change the look of the front.
Patterned metal doors
Cut-out lines give a glimpse of the objects behind the doors. Reverse and overlap the metal panels to create different patterns across the front.
