Batea M is a round walnut coffee table with storage beneath its sliding wooden top. Designed for living rooms that need a calmer surface, it keeps remote controls, magazines and small everyday objects close at hand but out of sight.
Slide the round tabletop to reach the hidden compartment for remote controls, magazines and other small essentials. Closing it restores a calm surface without asking you to carry everything to another room.
The walnut grain creates depth and warmth around a sofa, while the black structure frames the table with a clean, contemporary contrast. It measures Ø62 × H35 cm. The natural walnut veneer top slides over a 4.5 cm-deep compartment, supported by solid walnut legs and a black lacquered-steel structure.

FAQ
Does the top slide open?
Yes. The wooden top slides to the side to reveal the storage compartment. It can also be lifted away completely when needed, although everyday access is designed around the sliding movement.
How much storage space does Batea M have?
The compartment is 4.5 cm deep and runs across the table, giving you a discreet place for TV remotes, magazines and small everyday objects.
Is Batea M suitable for a home with children?
Its rounded silhouette avoids sharp corners. When the top is open, children should not lean, sit or place weight on the overhanging section.
Can Batea M be made taller?
Yes. Batea M can be made up to 5 cm (2 in) taller as a special order. A €40 customisation fee applies. Contact us through our live chat or at info@woodendot.com with the height you need.
How should I care for the wooden top?
The varnished wooden surface is designed for everyday use and can be wiped clean easily after spills such as water or soft drinks. We recommend using coasters and wiping up darker liquids, such as wine or coffee, promptly to preserve the finish.
Can I order Batea M in a custom colour?
Yes. Choose any shade from the RAL colour chart. A €40 customisation fee applies per colour, regardless of how many Batea M tables you order in that colour.
Products in custom colours cannot be returned.

Our products are made locally in and around Íscar, Spain, by experienced craftspeople with a deep knowledge of woodworking.
This approach increases our production costs, but it allows us to maintain the quality we expect from every piece while supporting local production and more responsible material choices.

Woodendot is a Spanish company and pays its taxes in Spain. This percentage represents the average share of each sale that we collect and pay in taxes and statutory fees.

This is the average cost of shipping our products, including insured delivery to protect your order in the event of damage during transit.
5% Product Preparation, Packaging & Recyclable Materials
Every product is checked and carefully prepared before being packed. Where applicable, pieces are also pre-assembled to make the final setup easier at home.
