You can request a return within 90 days of delivery. Keep your piece unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified and complete, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Assemble Pau with another person, following the supplied instructions. The hardware is included, and the prepared components connect together during assembly. Check the assembly guide before you begin.

Professional assembly is available as an optional service for €129. It includes assembly of the furniture, placement in your chosen room and removal of the packaging. The service operates Monday to Friday in major cities. Contact us before ordering to confirm coverage at your address. The fee is non-refundable once the assembly visit has taken place.

The components are packed to protect them during transport and make them easier to carry into your home. Keep the original packaging while you inspect your order; it is required if you request a return.

Pau is available in both formats. The sideboard stands directly on the floor and is 80 cm high. The TV unit has metal legs and a lower, 55 cm profile. Both are 40 cm deep and made to your chosen width.

Choose the format, width, number of doors, finish and door style before placing your order. Width is the only dimension you can customise; height and depth are fixed. The available width range depends on whether you choose two, three, four or five doors. Pau is configured by modules when you order, and is not designed to be extended or rearranged afterwards.

Choose Natural Oak, Natural Walnut, Oak Decor, Walnut Decor or one of four colour finishes: Terracotta, Warm Gray, Pale Olive and Light Yellow. Natural finishes show the grain of real wood veneer; Decor finishes offer a decorative wood-effect surface. Order finish samples to compare the available options in your own light.

Pau has an engineered wood-board cabinet. Natural Oak and Natural Walnut finishes use real wood veneer. Textured fronts on Oak Decor and Walnut Decor also use natural oak or walnut veneer, finished to match the cabinet tone. In the four colour finishes, the cabinet has a decorative colour surface and textured doors are lacquered in the chosen colour. The textured wood fronts are not solid oak or walnut.

Only the width is customisable. TV-unit heights include the legs.

The taller sideboard provides closed storage for a living room, dining room or hallway, with an adjustable shelf in each module. The lower TV unit sits beneath your screen, with cable openings and open space inside each module, without shelves. Choose the width and finish that work with the room around it.

Each sideboard module includes one adjustable shelf. TV units do not include internal shelves.

Yes. The piece can be fixed to the wall, but wall-mounting hardware is not included. You'll need specialist furniture brackets, available at any hardware store. We recommend using anchors appropriate for your wall type (concrete, brick or plasterboard).

The four available colours are: Terracotta Decor, Warm Gray Decor, Pale Olive Decor and Light Yellow Decor. There is no surcharge — the price shown in the configurator already applies. To select a colour, leave a note at checkout with your preferred option.

Yes, subject to our 90-day returns policy. Made to Measure returns must be arranged by Woodendot and carry the applicable return management fee. Read the full policy before ordering.

Before we start manufacturing, we review your order and send you a confirmation of your exact measurements. If an error does occur after manufacturing, we manage a partial remake of the affected piece at cost price — there's no need to return the entire unit.

Pau is made to order. Allow around four weeks for production and approximately one further week in transit. These are estimates; check the delivery information shown above for your order. If you have a particular date in mind, contact us before purchasing.

Yes. Order finish samples to compare the available surfaces with your flooring, furniture and the light in your room. We can help if you are deciding between finishes.
