You can request a return within 90 days of delivery for standard finishes. Products must be unused, unassembled and uninstalled, with their complete original packaging. Return shipping costs and other conditions apply.

Custom finishes cannot be returned.

Cielo comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, with specialised support when you need it.

Each hook uses one wall fixing. The screw and universal wall plug are included.

Follow the assembly instructions and use a fixing suitable for your wall. Once installed, the threaded connection lets you rotate the hook to choose its orientation.

Your hooks and fixing hardware are carefully packed to protect the finish during transport.

Keep the packaging until you have checked your order and decided to keep it. Most of our packaging uses recycled materials and can be recycled after use.

Cielo hooks are available in Small, Medium and Large. Custom sizes are not available. Compare the three sizes in the Dimensions section above.

Each hook can hold up to 10 kg (22 lb), in all three sizes, when correctly installed with a fixing suitable for the wall.

Yes. Contact us through our web chat or email us to request a colour from the RAL colour chart.

The surcharge is €30 per selected colour, regardless of how many hooks you order in that colour.

Hooks with a custom finish cannot be returned.

Yes. The threaded connection lets you rotate the hook after installation. Place it vertically, horizontally or at the angle that suits your arrangement.

Yes. The supplied universal wall plug is compatible with plasterboard. You can also use a dedicated plasterboard fixing suited to your wall for a more secure installation, especially for heavier items.

The safe load depends on the wall and fixing. The maximum remains 10 kg per hook.

Yes, away from direct water. The matte varnish protects the wood from humidity, but the hooks are not waterproof. Keep them out of the shower and away from splashes.

Matching sets contain two or three hooks in the same size and finish. You can also buy a single hook.

To mix sizes and finishes, build your set with the Cielo bundle and choose each hook individually.

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and prolonged contact with water.

Our products are made locally in and around Íscar, Spain, by experienced craftspeople with a deep knowledge of woodworking.
