Prices and taxes

The prices applicable to an order are those displayed when the order is placed. The final price, including any applicable taxes and charges collected by Woodendot, is shown at checkout before payment.

VAT is calculated at the rate applicable in the country of delivery. For destinations outside the European Union, please see the country-specific information in our Shipping FAQ.

Customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges for deliveries outside the European Union vary by destination. Please check the country-specific table in our Shipping FAQ before placing your order.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately. Because wood and other natural materials vary, grain, tone and colour may differ slightly from the images shown.

Because wood is a natural material and some stages of production are completed by hand, product dimensions may vary slightly. Any variation will remain below 1% of the stated dimensions.

Placing an order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract; that the information you provide is accurate and complete; and that you will not use the website or its products for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

By placing the order, accepting these Terms and completing payment, you enter into a binding sales contract with Woodendot. Payment is considered complete when it has been successfully authorised or, in the case of a bank transfer, when the funds have been received by Woodendot. We will send an email containing a summary of your order to the address provided.

Please check your delivery and billing details carefully. If incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer causes additional costs—for example, an additional delivery caused by an incorrect address—Woodendot may charge the customer the documented additional cost after explaining its reason and amount.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may vary by market, currency, device or order value. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna or another provider displayed at checkout. Each provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice.

If you choose bank transfer, the order will be processed after the funds have been received and matched to the order.

Woodendot does not store full payment-card details. Payment data is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its security and privacy requirements.

If we identify a material error in the price or description of a product after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we may ask you to pay the difference or offer to cancel the order. We will never charge an additional amount without your express authorisation.

If you do not agree with the proposed correction, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Woodendot may also cancel an order affected by a material and evident pricing or product-information error, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Delivery

Delivery options, estimated lead times and any applicable charges are shown on the product page, in our Shipping information or at checkout, as applicable. When the order is dispatched, we will send tracking information where the selected service provides it.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund policy and by any mandatory rights applicable to the customer.

Personal data and the use of cookies are described in our Privacy policy. The applicable terms and privacy information of third-party payment providers are available through their corresponding notices.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court available to them under mandatory consumer-protection and procedural rules.
