Each hook uses one wall fixing. The screw and universal wall plug are included.

Follow the assembly instructions and use a fixing suitable for your wall. Once installed, the threaded connection lets you rotate the hook to choose its orientation.

Your hooks and fixing hardware are carefully packed to protect the finish during transport.

Keep the packaging until you have checked your order and decided to keep it. Most of our packaging uses recycled materials and can be recycled after use.

Cielo hooks are available in Small, Medium and Large. Custom sizes are not available. Compare the three sizes in the Dimensions section above.

Each hook can hold up to 10 kg (22 lb), in all three sizes, when correctly installed with a fixing suitable for the wall.

The wall material and fixing affect the load it can safely support. For plasterboard, see the installation advice below.

Yes. Contact us through our web chat or email us to request a colour from the RAL colour chart.

The surcharge is €30 per selected colour, regardless of how many hooks you order in that colour.

Hooks with a custom finish cannot be returned.

Yes. The threaded connection lets you rotate the hook after installation. Place it vertically, horizontally or at the angle that suits your arrangement.

Yes. The supplied universal wall plug is compatible with plasterboard. You can also use a dedicated plasterboard fixing suited to your wall for a more secure installation, especially for heavier items.

The safe load depends on the wall and fixing. The maximum remains 10 kg per hook.

Yes, away from direct water. The matte varnish protects the wood from humidity, but the hooks are not waterproof. Keep them out of the shower and away from splashes.

Matching sets contain two or three hooks in the same size and finish. You can also buy a single hook.

To mix sizes and finishes, build your set with the Cielo bundle and choose each hook individually.

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents and prolonged contact with water.

We are proud to be part of a new generation of brands that see transparency as the basis of trust between a company and its customers.

Below, you can see how our prices are broken down and understand what lies behind each Woodendot product you take home.

These cost breakdowns are calculated as an average across all Woodendot collections.

We follow a fair and transparent margin policy that allows us to offer reasonable prices. When a product is on sale, the discount comes from our margin.

This is our gross margin: the share of each sale that supports the day-to-day operation and long-term development of Woodendot.

This revenue helps us cover:

• Salaries: supporting the growing team that makes Woodendot possible.
• Product development: researching, designing and developing new products for our collections.
• Marketing and communication: advertising, social media, email and the content that helps customers discover and understand our products.
• Rent and services: maintaining our office, warehouse and day-to-day facilities.
• Technology: computers, software and the digital tools required to operate the business.
• Professional and company fees: legal, accounting and administrative costs required to run the company.

We carefully select our materials from responsible sources, including FSC-certified wood from responsibly managed forests.

Our products are made locally in and around Íscar, Spain, by experienced craftspeople with a deep knowledge of woodworking.

This approach increases our production costs, but it allows us to maintain the quality we expect from every piece while supporting local production and more responsible material choices.

Woodendot is a Spanish company and pays its taxes in Spain. This percentage represents the average share of each sale that we collect and pay in taxes and statutory fees.

This is the average cost of shipping our products, including insured delivery to protect your order in the event of damage during transit.

Every product is checked and carefully prepared before being packed. Where applicable, pieces are also pre-assembled to make the final setup easier at home.

This percentage covers the preparation process and the protective packaging required to keep each product secure during transport.

Most of our packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled after use, with very little plastic.

This is the average fee charged by the payment providers integrated into our online store for processing each transaction.
