It's easy and fast. Enjoy our 90 days returns, with return shipping costs not covered.

Product must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging.

Option 1

We want to make it easy for you, so let us take care of everything: schedule the pickup with the carrier, create the label and pay the shipping costs.

Returns have no additional cost other than the return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse which will be deducted from the total refund if you choose Option 1.


Please take a look at the following guide to know the return cost of a shipment to our warehouse:

EUROPE* : 18% of the order cost with a minimun of 40€.

  • For example on a 99€ order, since the 18% of this order is less than our 40€ minimun, the client would pay 40€.
  • For example on a 350€ order, the client would pay 63€ which is equivalent to 18%.

SPAIN: 10% of the order cost with a minimun of 10€.

  • For example on a 99€ order, since the 18% of this order is less than our 10€ minimun, the client would pay 10€.
  • For example on a 350€ order, the client would pay 35€ which is equivalent to 10%.

* For non-EU countries that require customs this rule does not apply and you should write an email to ask for the shipping costs of Option 01 (Norway, Switzerland, UK, etc).

What happens if my product is damaged on arrival?

If your product has arrived in bad condition contact us as soon as possible and we would be more than happy to help you solve the issue. We will ask you to send us pictures to make a claim to the shipping company.

Is this return policy for all countries?

Yes! Our 90 days returns policy is valid for all countries and territories whether you are in Europe, North America, South America, Oceania, Africa, or Asia.

Can I return a custom product?

Unfortunately no, products in custom colors made specifically under your request cannot be returned and do not qualify for our return policy.

What happens if I don't have the original packaging?

Unfortunately, you must have the original packaging to be able to qualify for a return. This is the only way in which we can make sure the product will make it back to our warehouse safely.

What day should I consider the start of my 90 day return window?

The return 90 days window starts the moment you receive your product.
