Because we need happy customers, we have an easy to reach after-sales service. If unluckily, the product does not meet your needs, or you don’t want it anymore, you are free to return it to us the following 30 days after you have received it. Additional costs do not apply, only the costs of the return shipment in case we are the ones who manage the return shipment.
Can I return a product?
Before you make your order, we will be delighted to help you solve all your questions. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a no-questions-asked return policy. It’s a simple process, you’ll have 30 days from the reception of the product to ask for a refund. Please send us an email with your order number and the product you wish to return, and we will tell you next steps.
Bear in mind that the returned product must be in perfect condition, it must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging.
Note that since we offer free shipping in all orders, you would need to cover the return shipping cost. You can let us take care of it and we will reduce the cost from your refund or you can return it using any shipping method you prefer.

What do I do if the merchandise is damaged on arrival?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so if it has arrived in bad condition, contact us as soon as possible so that the problem can be solved. It would be a very good idea to attach photographs so that we can claim from the shipping company.
