You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Returns are free of charge, and the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, including all components.

If you have booked delivery with assembly and the team has already visited your home, the assembly service fee is non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve it. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will process your refund within 3–7 days.

All of our pieces are pre-assembled which means they are already ready to use. Our smart assembly is simply connecting these pieces together using provided hardware. This process is easy and does not require any special tools.

Our pieces are flat-packed to assure security during transportation, easy lifting and carrying as well as to reduce its carbon footprint. The packaging itself is also eco-friendly with almost zero use of plastic.

Both. The Pau Collection comes in two formats: a Sideboard (80 cm tall, ideal for living rooms, dining rooms or hallways) and a TV Stand (55 cm tall, designed to sit below a screen). Same design language, different functions — you choose the one that suits your space.

You choose the exact width to the centimetre. You also choose the number of doors (2 to 5), the finish, and the door texture. Height and depth are fixed so we can manufacture and deliver in 2–3 weeks. It's not full bespoke carpentry — it's something smarter: a precise fit for your space, with no site visits and no added complexity.

Five options across two families: Natural wood veneer: Natural Oak Veneer — soft grain, warm tone, elegant and uniform without knots Natural Walnut Veneer — pronounced grain, deep dark tone, elegant and uniform without knots. The structure is high-density MDF — more stable and durable than the chipboard used by most mass-market furniture brands. Veneer finishes use real wood applied to the surface, with the warmth of the tree without its movement or cracking. Decor finishes are a high-quality laminate, more resistant to moisture and everyday scratches. Textured door fronts are made from solid oak or walnut wood.

Both share the same design and door options. The key differences: Height: The Sideboard is 80 cm tall (taller, more storage capacity). The TV Stand is 55 cm (lower profile, designed to sit below a screen). Legs: The TV Stand has raised metal legs in matte anthracite, giving it a light, floating look. The Sideboard rests directly on the floor. Internal shelving: Only the Sideboard includes internal shelves (one adjustable shelf per module). The TV Stand does not. Cable management: The TV Stand has cable pass-through holes to keep wiring tidy.

Yes — in the Sideboard only. Each module includes one adjustable internal shelf, so you can set it at whatever height works for what you're storing. The TV Stand does not include internal shelves.

Yes. The piece can be fixed to the wall, but wall-mounting hardware is not included. You'll need specialist furniture brackets, available at any hardware store. We recommend using anchors appropriate for your wall type (concrete, brick or plasterboard).

The four available colours are: Terracotta Decor, Warm Gray Decor, Pale Olive Decor and Light Yellow Decor. There is no surcharge — the price shown in the configurator already applies. To select a colour, leave a note at checkout with your preferred option. Custom colour pieces follow the same 14-day return policy as all other configurations.

Before we start manufacturing, we review your order and send you a confirmation of your exact measurements. If an error does occur after manufacturing, we manage a partial remake of the affected piece at cost price — there's no need to return the entire unit.

Yes. Assembly takes under 30 minutes with two people. No special tools required — hardware and step-by-step instructions are included, along with a video guide. If you'd prefer us to handle it, our professional assembly service is available in major cities for 129€.

Every Pau piece is manufactured to order. Once your configuration is confirmed, the standard lead time is 2 to 3 weeks, with free delivery. We'll keep you updated at each stage. If you need it sooner, contact us via WhatsApp before ordering and we'll check what's possible.

Yes. We send physical finish samples. Just tell us via WhatsApp or email which finishes you'd like to compare.

Add the Professional Assembly service (129€) to your cart and we'll get in touch to schedule a date and delivery. The service includes: delivery to the room of your choice, full assembly of all pieces and components, and removal of all packaging. Available Monday to Friday in major cities — please check with us before purchasing to confirm coverage at your address. The service fee is non-refundable if you return the product after the team has visited.

All of our materials come from sustainable sources, including FSC Certified Woods, extracted from sustainably managed areas.

Our production is completely local in the town of Iscar, Spain by people who have worked with wood their whole lives.

This results in our costs increasing, but our quality being excellent, and our values of sustainability being present in every piece.

As you know we are a Spanish company and pay our taxes in Spain, this is the average taxes we collect from each sale and have to pay to the government.

This is the cost of shipping our products including insured delivery in case of damage.
